Tootoosis Crew

Tootoosis Crew is a traditional Indigenous family dance troupe from Poundmaker and Thunderchild Saskatchewan and based out of Edmonton and Calgary Alberta. A family united together by tradition, culture and music travelling Turtle Island spreading love and healing through song and dance. Tootoosis Crew features dancers from various powwow dance styles including a mens grass dancer, a women's traditional dancer, two womens fancy shawl dancers, a women’s jingle dress dancer, an enthusiastic one year old tiny tot dancer and the families hoop dancer Lakota Tootoosis. 

 

Tootoosis Crew performs traditional powwow showcases with 8 dancers as well as 2 live drummers and singers.
